Begin Press Release:
The REV’IT! Traction jacket
The new REV’IT! Traction jacket is a rare full-mesh motorcycle jacket built for the serious rider. The high-tech, urban-styled crossover is contructed of ultra-strong PWR|Mesh fabric, which allows for 100% ventilation without compromising on strength or safety. It’s part city, part sport, pure performance—perfect for wherever the summer roads may take you.
THE MAGIC IS IN THE FABRIC
Immediately noticeable about the REV’IT! Traction jacket is that it is constructed completely of mesh fabric, even in the impact zones. Normally, mesh would be replaced with full-weave textile at these high-risk zones, but the Traction jacket is built with REV’IT! PWR|mesh fabric, an innovation developed and owned by the company itself, one so strong that it holds up under extreme impact and abrasion testing. The material is safely applied to the entire outer shell, creating a silhouette as stylish as it is breathable.
UNDER THE SHELL
SEESMART came out the REV’IT! lab just two years ago, and it’s since set the standard for lightweight, ventilated armor. In the Traction jacket, SEESMART CE-level 1 protectors are fitted stealthily at the elbows and shoulders, eliminating the bulk of old-school impact protectors and compounding the overall airflow effect of the jacket.
2 WAYS TO CONNECT
The Traction Jacket offers two easy ways to connect to any pair of riding pants: Two jeans loops, positioned at the hems of the jacket, allow for a simple connection between jacket and belt loops. For those looking for a stronger pairing, the built-in 20cm YKK connection zipper enables a surer connection to the REV’IT! Safeway 2 Belt, available in black or brown.
The REV’IT! Traction jacket is available in black, black/white and dark green in sizes S-3XL. MSRP $299.99.
